C. Alex Naegele

Mr. Naegele is the founder of C. Alex Naegele, A Professional Law Corporation. Mr. Naegele’s practice encompasses all kinds of business transactions and business disputes. His expertise ranges from corporate, tax and transactional law to litigation, bankruptcy and other business disputes.

Mr. Naegele has litigated in bankruptcy court, federal district court, tax court, state superior court, state appellate court, and the trademark trial and appeal board.

Mr. Naegele holds an Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the prestigious New York University School of Law.

Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Naegele worked in China at a high technology firm practicing corporate, tax, and international law, and briefly as an intern at the Internal Revenue Service office of chief counsel working on tax court litigation.
